Charge on a sliding scale. Charge more for those who can afford to pay more.

How much you charge should be based on your ability with the language, your education level, whether you are trained as a teacher or not, and whether you are a native French speaker.
I would say you should charge anywhere from $15 to $45 an hour based on the criteria listed above.
