    nice that you are learning German.

    Here are some tips to learn German:

    Some courses that come to mind:
    Pimsleur German
    Assimil German
    Rosetta Stone German (not a big fan of it but some seem to like it)

    Passive Learning tips:
    - look around on IMDB for good rated German movies, get them with English subtitles.
    - In Germany they synchronize everything on TV, you could even get American movies spoken in German (although i admits i find it highly annoying)
