should I learn another language like German? I already speak French and Spanish?

Should I learn another language if I speak 3 languages: english, french, and spanish. My future major is “Biochemistry and Molecular Biology(BMB)”. In the future I will apply to medical school. I know german is important for science and research but is it really that important considering my background already?
