I want to improve my Spanish fast but I don’t want to have to pay a lot for it. Does anyone know any free online programs. Currently I am in my 4th year of taking Spanish so I am not a beginner. I can understand a lot but have trouble sometimes because of the speed at which native speakers talk. Also I understand better then I can communicate so that is why I am looking to improve my Spanish.

  1. Go to an online translator like this and have fun

  2. I heard that Rosettastone is a very good sowftware, you should try that, I think they give you a free demo. My dad has it and he is learning it very fast, it could cost 175$+ depending on the level, My dad said he learns more on that then College course’s so your pick.

  3. Rosetta Stone has the best software programming as far as lingual language. They teach all aspects of the language. For example.. the show a girl running, they say the girl is running in the language, they also have the written form of the language to help reading ability. It is awesome, and I have learned 4 languages from them.

  4. Only Mexicans and South Americans speak fast (at least the ones around here). I’m from Puerto Rico, and we speak slow.

  5. you can go here they have different levels of Spanish. its free!

    Hope it helps!

  6. My advice:
You don’t need to buy any programs to learn Spanish.
You’ll be more motivated if you make learning Spanish fun.
I used to buy CDs in Spanish & translate all the lyrics. If they sang to fast I’d just hit “rewind.”
Most people can get at least a couple of tv channels in Spanish even without cable. Pick a telanovela to watch. You’ll have fun following the show & picking up Spanish in the process. Telanovelas are great because they’re so repetative so you’ll hear the same phrases over & over. Watch them with closed captioning on so that you can see the “subtitles.” Write down unfamiliar words & look them up during commercial breaks.
Also, find some friends that speak Spanish. People that don’t speak English are best because you’ll have to speak in Spanish to them.
