What can I write in a card to my Spanish teacher?

Emily asked:
Tomorrow is my last Spanish lesson, and since it’s an extra-curricular thing, I’ve only really learned the basics, and can’t write much without a dictionary. I want to thank my teacher for the lessons, and say that she’s a great teacher.

Can anyone help me? No internet translations please, sorry to be picky only I don’t trust the grammar.
Thanks everyone for really helpful answers! Like I said, it’s extra-curricular, and we’ve only had one lesson a week since september, which is why I can’t say much.

Besa me culo!
Gracias por ser mi maestr(o/a) usted es el/la mejor.
can I have a extra class after school?
A thank you letter to your teacher who taught you Spanish would include a formal appreciation for helping you through the harsh lessons of trying to improve your translations. The dictionary is one thing, but without the Teacher, how would you learn how to speak spanish more fluently? If you also taught yourself the basics, you should thank her for educating you on the lessons that improved your vocabulary. I would write her a short but nice letter and hand deliver it to her personally.
