I’m not sure but I know that there are some people in L.A. that help kids who just graduated college and help them out. I’m sure there are people there, check yellow pages or check out the town hall.
You could contact your local high school and offer a tutoring job to one of the advanced French students. If this isn’t good enough, try a local community college. Since you live in L.A. there are many colleges and universities that might have students looking for some extra income.
